1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to participate in prediction markets in your jurisdiction. GoldBat is not available to residents of jurisdictions where prediction markets are prohibited.

2. Nature of the service

GoldBat is a prediction-market platform. Users stake GB tokens on outcomes of real-world events (crypto prices, sports, news). Outcomes are resolved from stated public data sources. All stakes carry a risk of total loss.

3. GB tokens

GB tokens are in-platform units used to participate in markets. 100 GB = 1 USDT at deposit/withdrawal. Tokens earned through bonuses, daily check-ins or promotions are non-withdrawable until wagered per bonus rules.

4. Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits are credited after on-chain confirmation. Withdrawals require email verification and may be subject to manual review. Processing times vary by blockchain network.

5. Market settlement

Markets settle from the source stated at lock time. In the event of a data-source failure, result dispute, or force majeure, GoldBat may void a market and refund stakes in full at its sole discretion.

6. Prohibited conduct

Users may not: manipulate markets; create multiple accounts; use automated trading scripts without prior approval; exploit pricing bugs; or use the service for money laundering. Violations result in account suspension and stake forfeiture.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". GoldBat makes no warranties as to uptime, settlement speed, or profitability. Participation is speculative — past performance does not indicate future results. Gamble responsibly.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoldBat's total liability to any user in connection with the service is limited to the amount that user has deposited in the preceding 90 days.

9. Changes to these terms

GoldBat may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
